BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

I am the first point of contact for clients at Diamond Accounting, and help put them at ease with a straight forward and pragmatic approach. I have extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry and the pitfalls of running pubs, bars and restaurants, having run a number over several years.

I know small businesses inside out and make a point of getting to know all clients very well which is crucial as I want to understand what makes them tick, how their business mind works so myself and the team can get the full picture and give the best advice for planning a way forward.

Qualifications – ACCA, Personal License 1756/3, Food & Hygiene, Cellar Management

Megan

MANAGING DIRECTOR

I build relationships and manage the whole operation to ensure your business is taken care of. I have a vast amount of experience in the hospitality industry and worked in corporate banking and finance for 10 years. I am proficient with bookkeeping, payroll and management.

Qualifications – AAT, Cellar Management, Food and Hygiene, Chartered Banker

SENIOR CLIENT MANAGER

With nine years of experience in finance, spanning from small businesses to prestigious corporate roles, I have a deep understanding of diverse business needs and expectations. Having previously contributed to one of the renowned Big 5 accounting firms, I am known for my meticulous attention to detail and keen interest in data manipulation. My passion lies in helping businesses establish structure and discover effective solutions to achieve their ultimate objectives.

My priorities are ensuring client communications and processes are efficient and of Diamond grade quality but of course my number 1 priority will always be ensuring all your company returns are accurate and timely.

Kayleigh

SENIOR BOOKKEEPER

I am the first point of contact for all pubs, hotels, restaurants, and cafes. I cover all weekly payrolls and all your bookkeeping needs. I have 15 years industry experience in bookkeeping, and I am bit of a whizz at processing quickly in Xero software. I spent 5 years working in a sales role as well as 5 years in the hospitality industry.

Out of Diamond accounting I enjoy running my own Hair Extensions business and being a mummy to my two amazing boys.

Paula

BOOKKEEPER

I have had the pleasure of working for Diamond Accounting since April 2023. I have completed ICS bookkeeping and I have experience using zero. My role is to look after clients everyday accounts i.e adding invoices expenses journals and reconciling. I also prepare self assessments and assist with payroll.

When I’m not working I love spending time with my 3 grandchildren and four dogs. My husband and I enjoy our garden and love going on holiday in particular cruising.

Payroll & Tax Manager

With extensive experience in the accountancy sector, I’ve had the opportunity to work with businesses of all sizes, from small startups to large corporations. As a detail-oriented Payroll & Tax Manager, I specialize in handling payroll for directors and businesses with up to 350 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step.

I also provide comprehensive financial services, including limited company accounts and self-assessments, delivering everything to a diamond-grade standard. My goal is to offer tailored solutions that help businesses stay financially organized and thrive with confidence.

BUSINESS ADMIN APPRENTICE

I’m a dedicated Business Admin Apprentice, currently on my path to achieving a Level 3 Business Administration qualification while embarking on an exciting journey towards becoming a qualified accountant. In my role, I contribute to the smooth operation of Diamond accounting , providing crucial administrative support.

Beyond work, I find joy in a friendly game of cards and indulging in gripping crime dramas. With a passion for numbers and a thirst for knowledge, I’m committed to both personal and professional growth, ready to make a positive impact in the world of finance.
